Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods through Shopify's encrypted checkout.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your payment information on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Please contact us immediately at contact@frostbloom.se if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return products within our 14-day return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We ship throughout Sweden and the EU. Our products are fulfilled from our EU-based partner for fast, sustainable delivery.

How long does shipping take? Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to Sweden and 5-10 business days to other EU countries, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor delivery progress.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 39 SEK for orders under 500 SEK. For orders 500 SEK and above, shipping is free. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over 500 SEK within Sweden and the EU.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I return a product? Contact us at contact@frostbloom.se to initiate a return. We'll provide return instructions and a return label if applicable. Please include your order number and reason for return.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? Absolutely. All FrostBloom products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We're certified cruelty-free and work only with suppliers who share our ethical values.

Are FrostBloom products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes! Our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our Sensitive Skin Moisturiser is specifically designed for reactive and easily irritated skin.

Do your products contain fragrance? Most FrostBloom products contain natural fragrances from essential oils and botanical extracts. Our Sensitive Skin Moisturiser is completely fragrance-free for those with sensitivities or fragrance allergies.

Can I use multiple FrostBloom products together? Absolutely! Our products are designed to work beautifully together. For best results, layer them in this order: cleanser → serum → eye cream → moisturizer. This layering maximizes the benefits of each product.

How long will one product last? With daily use, most FrostBloom products last 2-3 months. Serums and eye creams typically last 3-4 months due to smaller application amounts. A little goes a long way with concentrated formulas.
