This shipping policy describes how FrostBloom handles deliveries to Sweden and the EU.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Sweden (all addresses)
  • EU countries (all member states)

2. Fulfillment and Processing

All orders are handled by our fulfillment partner within the EU (Selfnamed, Latvia). Once your order has been confirmed and payment approved, production and packaging of your order begins.

Processing and delivery time: 5-7 business days from approved payment


3. Delivery Options and Times

Delivery to Sweden

Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days from order confirmation
  • Shipping cost: 39 SEK (depending on delivery method)
  • Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK

Delivery to EU

Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days from order confirmation
  • Shipping cost: 39 SEK (depending on country and order value)

Exact delivery times may vary depending on destination within the EU. Delivery time is calculated from when your order is confirmed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Order value
  • Package weight and size

Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK to Sweden.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

You can track your delivery via the carrier's tracking system.


6. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered completed when:

  • The package has been delivered to the specified delivery address
  • Proof of receipt has been obtained from the carrier
  • The package has been placed in a mailbox or parcel box as instructed

7. Delays

We strive for all deliveries to occur within the specified time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • High traffic during peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Customs delays
  • Transport disruptions
  • Force majeure

In case of delays, we will inform you via email as soon as we have information from the carrier.


8. Failed Delivery

If the carrier cannot deliver your package (incorrect address, recipient not available, etc.):

  • The carrier will leave a notice
  • The package will be stored at the nearest pickup location or returned to sender
  • You will be contacted via email with instructions

If the package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect delivery address (customer error): Customer pays for re-shipping
  • Package not picked up: Customer pays for re-shipping
  • Carrier's error: We send a new package at no extra cost

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged packaging upon delivery

If the packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery:

  1. Photograph the damage immediately
  2. Open the package and check the contents
  3. Contact us within 48 hours via contact@frostbloom.se
  4. Attach photos of both packaging and product

Lost package

If your package has not arrived within expected delivery time + 5 business days:

  1. Contact us via contact@frostbloom.se
  2. We will start an investigation with the carrier
  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement order at no cost

10. Customs and Import Fees

Sweden and EU

All deliveries within the EU are customs-free. VAT (25% in Sweden) is included in the price you pay at purchase.

Future expansion outside EU

If we deliver outside the EU in the future, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import VAT
  • Handling fees

This will be clearly stated at checkout.


11. Address Change

If you need to change the delivery address after the order has been placed:

  • Contact us immediately via contact@frostbloom.se
  • If the package has not been shipped, we can change the address free of charge
  • If the package has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change
